I'm a little desperate here, so if any of you have any special tips on sleep that'd be a big help. I haven't been able to sleep well and it feels like there's a jackrabbit in my stomach... wow, bad metaphor o.o

This is not an everynight solution...but my doc. gave me a list of things for different symptoms..i've bad insomnia. Its okay to take Tylenol pm..just NOT every night. also, sleep on your side...its comfy...cept for when the baby moves to the side, then lay on the other side..if your not too big you can lay on your back..but that irritates me lol.

try putting a pillow under your bump when laying in a figure of four position,it helps trust me,also just before bed have a warm not hot bath and some warm milk, try some lavender oil under your pillow and stroke your tummy to calm the baby, take five deep slow breaths and play some calming music, worked for me when pregnant with twins

Sorry. I had twins too. There is no such thingk as sleep when you are pregnant with twins. I barely slept from week 24 onwards!!! Sorry. I just balanced myself on the couch, supported by pillows. But that didn't really work either.
