i know pregnant women can't ovulate...for obvious reasons. But i was wondering how you would know for sure if you're ovulating??

The only way you'd know for sure if you were ovulating while NOT pregnant is by going to a doctor or taking some kind of test I suppose, but there is no way you can ovulate during pregnancy because hormones block it off, without those hormones you probably wouldn't be able to sustain a baby.

There are several indications of ovulation while *not * pregnant. Cervical mucus whille become more abundant and stretchy. You might have slight twinges on either or both sides where your ovaries lie. To chart your temp. You might have an increase in libido during your fertile time . The best way to tell if your ovulating is to excercise all of these things combined.
