hey guys. quick question. i have been having like really bad pains in my tail bone. like when i sit down and then when its time for me to get up it hurts so bad sometimes it brings tears to my eyes. my cousin says its normal to have pains in my tailbone because some things are shifting for my body to prepare to deliver. but i was just wondering if there was anything i can do to releave the pain. i use a pillow because i am constantly on the computer. i dont go to school anymore because i am getting my diploma in january through an online service. also sometimes my vision gets a little blurry. like ill just be sitting there eating and all of a sudden...blurred vision?? is this normal? or should i jsut get my eyes checked?? thanks and god bless.

It's called sciatic nerve pain and is caused by the pressure of your uterus or a slipped disc that inflames the nerve. It can be in your tailbone, mine felt like a pinched nerve right there, and can go down into your legs causing a pins and needles feeling. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do about it, unless you want to go to a physical therapist or chiropractor. What helps me was getting up more slowly. A lot of time I would only get it if I was laying flat or sitting in a certain position, the stood straight up. Try rotating to your side before you stand up, and get up at an angle. That seemed to help me. I also had it for a while where it would pinch everytime I stepped down on my left foot, and there really wasn't much I could do about that but try to put my weight mostly on my right.
