I had s_x with someone on a Monday and took a emergency contraceptive pill just in case cutting it really close to the time when it wouldn't even work anymore. The thing is, when I took the pill I wasn't even thinking that I wasn't even ovulating. My period had ended 2 days before I had s_x, so I probably wasn't ovulating.... Does this mean that because I wasn't ovulating, and I took the pill, that I am still going to get my period within a week of taking the pill? And if I don't does that mean I'm pregnant???

Since sperm can survive for up to 5 days in fertile mucus, and you may some months ovulate early, you were wise to get EC. I think EC will make a period come. It may be a couple of months before you know how your cycle is going to settle out. Between the day not being real high risk and the EC, you should be safe. Please put an effective contraception plan in place so this doesn't happen again. Use condoms plus one other method as backup.
