OMG NOW mom decides that shes gonna tell dad that she doesnt want me and nate moving in w/ him before we're married. Surprise surprise....and since im not 18 yet there isnt anything i can do about it. I'm never gonna get outta this god forsaken room and i wont ever be w/ muh fiance. She's just mad because she doesnt have me as her loyal follower anymore. Now Nate's makin it look like my fault because i wont get married before the baby is born. Cause If we do, He'll be resposible for ALL the dr. bills. Trust me we'll NEEEED That money..

Sorry to hear that. But do you not have insurance to cover the pregnancy?

I might be totally wrong about this, but I thought that if you were under 18 and got pregnant that you were automatically considered an adult in the eyes of the law.

Sorry abriamia, but why is your mom "ruining" things. She is letting you stay with her--I a__sume rent free-- feeding you and paying all the bills and you are angry with her because she won't let you get married!?!? Maybe, just maybe she is just trying to look out for your best interests...? Obviously this was an unplanned unexpected pregnancy and SHE TOO is trying to deal with all the responsibility that will fall on her shoulders. Stop all the blame and good luck!!

Having a kid before you turn 18 doesn't make you an adult in the eyes of the law. Still can't get a credit card. Still can't smoke or do anything that's 18 and older ONLY. Haha ya right. And if you get married he won't be responsible for all the medical bills. Go apply for MediCal. I ensure you that you qualify.

You also quailfy for WIC (women, infants, and children) they supply you with food such as milk, eggs, cheese, bread, beans. . . The healthy stuff, for 5 years. There, I just gave you a solution to your problems :)

If your in the states. Being pregnant under the age of 18 automatically throws you into the state of amancipation. Go to your county health office and they can help you sign up for help.

Have you considered getting emancipated...basically the court would rule her an unfit parent, and you'd be free to do as you wish.

just talk to your dad, and tell him. I know how you feel i was living with my mom till my daughter was 3 months old, now i have my on place with my boyfriend, and its a lot easier with more space. If living with your dad is what you wanna do, and you think its best for your baby, then talk to your dad, just because ur mom doesnt want you to move in there doesnt mean she can stop you!
