well it's not possible to have a real period of course, but some women can bleed around the time of their period but that's actually when the baby implants itself into your uterus wall. it can really be deceiving for some women. i had it, but it was diff from my usual period, it was light pink and lasted 2 days. what you should do is go ahead and take a preg test, if neg, there's still a possibility so wait a week or two and test again

hey andrea, plus i wouldn't rely on the tummy hardening sympton, (this is the first month you've thought you're preg right?)that would make you about 4 weeks or so. so right now your baby is this itty bitty speck, like half the size of rice or something, and your uterus is just now enlarging. wait for those more noticeable symptons: nausea, sore b___bs...etc. i know my advice isn't right on, but it's the best i can do, hope it helps a little!

k, thnx a bunch for the advice! See here is my problem, I had a period last month that was "normal" and this month i was supposed to get it on the the 22nd ( Feb) and im still waiting... so i could be 2 months would my stomach feel hard at all? cuz it does.. im just nervous. What do you think?

well, i guess everybody's body is different,a s for me though, i'm about to complete my 9th week and if anything my stomache is pudgy from me eating too much!!! but don't just rely on the stomache thing, it shouldn't start growing or tightening at a noticeable rate yet, ya know? but the thing you SHOULD worry about is that period! you're like 9 days late!! oh and what date was your normal period? maybe i can figure up how far you might be.

well at this point you just have to wait till the middle of the month and test, but as far as i'm concerned you have no reason to worry, good luck!

okay, so if you are preg then you would be 7wk and 4 days. so how old are you? will you be able to have access tests? coz at this point if you are you should be positive. i tested pos 5 days after my "fake" period.
