In a word YES. Vitamins are good for you regardless, prenatal and pregnancy vitamins are good for both you and the baby both before and after. You have to understand a baby is a huge huge huge drain on your body while it is growing within you increasing your intake of certian vitamins and minerals both before durring and after help reduce the strain.

exactly # # # #. if you ARE pregnant, the baby will take ALOT of your vitamin intake from you, and the prenantal vitamins give you that back, and supply the baby w/ them as well. the dr will give u pre-natals and more then likely folic acid as well, which is really impt. to the baby's brain developement!

I think one of the most important ones is Folic Acid and taken earlier the better. it has something to do with helping to reduce the neural tube defects like spina bifida others.

Im 29 weeks and just started taking the vitamins because they were making me very sick (throwing up) but ive taken a few and they gave me a yeast infection so should i keep taking them when it clears up or will it just come back?
