thanks girls! my bf is over the moon at the idea of being a dad, but im just scared more than anything! i havent told my dad yet, he will flip out. how did people do it??

u could write a note saying ur pegnant and ur scared and need him. or get a bib that say i love my grandfather

Well i was in the same boat as you ( also 17 ) , i had done a HPT test at home and it tutned postive , my boyfriend was over the moon where i was alittle unsure but excited at the same time .............................. I didnt tell my mum straight off , i sort of made her think i was by saying " eargh i was just sick " or " God i really crave such and such .. " Finally she cought on but i still didnt tell her. Then she sat me down and asked me straight out ........................ I denied it then gave in. Turns out she was alright with it and even happy ! She said she loves me whatever will happnen with me. I am now nearly 3 months pregnant and everything is fine , although she asked me why didnt i tell her earlier she felt abit down as i didnt talk earlier , couldnt confind in her. Maybe your parents will apperactiate you told them outright. Good Luck though ;)

me2005- I wish you and your bf all the best with your child. It will be difficult for you to finish school or get a job, but if you stick together and make things work that'll help. Try to get support from your parents and family.
