28 Weeks And Getting Sick Still

hi - March 15

I am 28 weeks and I have been experiencing nausea and sometimes throw up still-especially at night. My doc gave me some medicine that does help-but makes me fall asleep. I have lost three pounds since my docs appt on March 2nd. Is this normal? Do women still get sick sometimes? I have no appet_te-and I eat more out of concern for the baby than hunger. He feels big-I have movement all over regularly so I know he's ok, but has anyone had this happen before?

I'm nearly 36 wks and have been sick my entire pregnancy. The nausea and vomitting did become less during my second trimester and mostly with me in the mornings but never went completely away. Now, as I get farther along the nausea is getting worse and happens through out the day. I pretty much feel like I did during the 1st trimester. My doctor says this is normal for many women. Sorry to hear that you are suffering too.

Oooooh, girlfriend, I feel your pain!! I, too, am 28 weeks and I am still sick. But only if I forget to take my magic blue pill!!!! I discovered at about 10 weeks that Unisom Sleep Tabs (NOT sleep gels) are safe for pregnancy, and for me, very effective. I tried it all. Prescription stuff, crackers, sprite, sea bands, preggie pops, etc, etc. Nothing but Unisom worked. It is still working. So you are not alone. I have heard other women say they were sick the whole time. It is miserable, I know how you feel! So that's what I do. Hopefully you can find something to give you relief!! Good luck!
