It sounds like it's colostrum. That's the first food for your baby that your b___sts produce. A lot of women start leaking a little of it from about the 5th month on and earlier for some. I've seen some drops off and on from my b___sts since sometime in my 5th month. Is it coming from around your nipple opening or along the outer part of your areola? Your b___sts have small pores around the actual nipple opening that secrete the colostrum. If it's around the outer part of the areola, I'd have your md check you just to be sure. But it sounds like colostrum to me.

If it's not coming from the nipple but from little bumps on the areola, I don't think it's colostrum. That said, don't worry. I got those little bumps you're talking about when I went on the Pill, and I have even more now that I'm pregnant. From time to time, one would fill with a little visible whitish creamy stuff. I read somewhere that this creamy stuff helps lubricate your nipples to keep them from drying out. I think they're called Montgomery's tubercles or something. Anyway, know you're not alone.

if it isnt colostrum - which it sounds like, the bumps may be blocked with sweat (sounds gross but it happens) which leaks out like a pastey cream. thats what i have at the moment anyway, hope i have helped
