Hi girls! I think almost all of us are officially third trimester now, no matter whose interpretation you use! How'd your weekends go? How are the babies?

Penny - August 1

Hey D, thanks for starting this!! My weekend was okay, I'm starting to feel so ill at night though, it's like I can't eat anything for dinner. I guess I'll have to start on a really bland diet cause everything has been making me sick. I'm also a little worried about how she is laying, by back is killing me!!! I had back labor with my first, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone!! I have a doctors appt today at 10:30 so I'll have to ask her.......How are you doing?

Hi, I also just moved to the 3rd trimester and I am still feeling pretty good. I noticed I can eat 1/3 of what I used to eat before being preggers. Little Jaime is taking up stomach space now! he kicks and moves a lot and I looooooove him so! EDD -end of October.

Hi Mary~ Yes some of us should have moved sometime ago, I'm 31 weeks this week.....Im just a slow migrator ;) Im off to my Doctors appt ;)

I'm ok. Very tired. I don't seem to be able to sleep comfortably any way I try... I'm 29 weeks now... The baby is very wiggly, and starting to respond better when I poke at my belly! It really makes me laugh when I see my belly jump out of the corner of my eye! Tonight is our first childbirth cla__s. I'm curious what it will be like - I've been told its pretty boring! I think for myself, boring isn't necessarily bad - I need to accept the reality of labor and childbirth pretty soon - its always been something I can't think about without getting sick to my stomach. But there's no turning back now! Its either labor or c-section - and that gives me the heebie jeebies too!

Good morning D ! Wow we're officially third trimester now ! My weekend wasnt all that bad, didnt do too much as it rained most of the weekend, so I decided to work some extra time. Josh worked all weekend anyhow, so I figured I might as well. The only thing constructive I got done was I mowed our lawn. It was a jungle out there, from so much rain the past few weeks. My plan today is to get out there and rake it up, tidy the yard, and start packing. I cant beleive I leave tomorrow morning on the plane, 2 weeks vacation woohoo ! Hope you had a great weekend, I will catch u all a bit later. Oh and HI PENNY ! Havent seen much of u at all lately :(

oh and btw, I meant to ask you girls....Is it normal to be getting those sharp pains again like round ligament pains? I am thinking yes,as our uteruses are probably stretching again. Just curious as I have been getting those pains again.

Morning ladies! Oh man, another monday. Here but barely, and STARVING!! Babies are doing well, kickin the c___p outta mommy but doing well. Ok so I think I am at 28 weeks this week...third trimester right? Who cares, we're getting closer!! YAY! I cant wait to see the little peanuts faces. Any one else having the really bad trouble sleeping? Cuz I cannot sleep for the life of me! Even when I am dog tired! Anyways, work to be done I guess, will check in later.

D - August 1

Since the baby is getting fatter now, I think we're stretching faster than before! So, I don't know for sure, but seems logical to me that we would get ligament pain again!

Hey I'm back from the Doctors and she's going to but me on part time hours Yeah for me.....the stress of work is killing me. She also did a test I can't remember what it's called to check to see if I could go into to preterm labor due to all my symptons....hummm.......should know either today or tomorrow. She also said the babys head is down and I was 50% efaced.....ok, now I know I've had two kids already, but I'm thinking it's a little early for that....but I haven't a clue...she didn't indicate that she was worried.....but I'm feeling like c___p right now, and and need to get my leave of absence papers sent over so I can be lazy in the afternoon and SLEEP........ :) Where's Misty anyway???

Yeah third trimester... getting close. My baby keeps playing peek-a-boo, one minute I look pregnant and the next I don't.LOL. Its funny but then when I don't "look" pregnant I get wierd looks for wearing maternity clothes.Oh well. K TTYS gotta catch up on this thread.

amanda.d - August 1

K yeah I got the muscle stretching/pulling thing and it does really suck, at least I know its normal. I also have been terribly tired and when I go to bed I end up tossing and turning. I just want one solid nights sleep, please?Anyone? OK fine I'll suffer then, lol. Anywyas glad to here most of us are well hope to hear from the others soon.

Cora - August 1

lol I must be the only one getting lots of sleep, I tend to fall asleep in the afternoon for a few hours after work, and then I sleep all night, cuddled up with my body pillow.

Penny - is it the non-stress test? I'm not sure exactly what the non-stress test measures- but its a lot of BP and heart rates. I bet the dilation is why she wants you to cut back on work (ie stress). Good luck... I'm half expecting to get cut back soon too!

penny - August 1

It was an actual exam that they take a swab and see test that for protein I think....I'm not sure, I feel completely stupid about not knowing anything........

D - August 1

Well, don't feel too bad! I don't know much of anything either - and less by the day! I always leave the docs office, and then someone asks me something, like I should know because of the appt, and I have no clue... I'm just thankful that we're all far enough along now that even if we have preterm deliveries, we can still have healthy babies... although, VERY small babies... The office is pretty good at freaking me out, though (unintentionally)... in the course of a work day, I get all sorts of forms orders... so when the caller ID shows my OBs office number, I always breathe a sigh of relief when they say, "could you please send me ___ form!"
