Am I On My Feet To Much Im 29 Weeks

I dont know when it is time for me to stop being on my feet soo much im 29 1/2 weeks and i start gettin alot of pressure low...and my feet swell soo bad ..im curios because they say exercizing is good?

excercizing is good for you. i started to swell a lot around 29 weeks also. it was because i was standing so much. it's better if you can prop your legs up once in a while or sit down for a bit. I am a teacher and flat out told my kids i had to sit. Hopefully your work will allow you to sit for periods of time.

hey i am also on my feet alot to im 27 weeks, a day i am a busser at a fancy restaurant so we are busy often i dont get much time to sit so my feet are really swelled up by the time i got off work i worked 7 hours, i decided to cut down days i was working it was to much for me.
