Another Movement Question HELP

I read something in one of my baby books about "frantic or panicky" fetal movement. Does anyone know what that means?? It scared me because it is a sign of fetal distress. Lately, my baby has been very active...and of course, being the worrier that I am....am scared ever since reading about the frantic and panicky movement. HELP!!

Relax, do not woory. Your baby is just moving around and as each day pa__ses, he has less and less room to move and he is getting bigger and his movements can be felt more. Go to your doctor if you need re-a__surance but I'm sure all is fine!

I think what they mean is if the baby is going nuts in there and doesn't stop. Sometimes mine seems to have sudden quick movements, and my belly just shakes....but it only lasts for a couple of seconds and she's right back to normal again. I think they mean movement like that that lasts longer than usual. Lexi is right...the bigger they get and the less room they have to move, the more you'll feel every little wiggle. Don't worry, I'm sure baby's just fine in there, probably just in one of those more active phases!! :)
