Hi girls, I was just wondering if any of you are experiencing symptoms similar to those during your first trimester? I'm 25.5 wks pregnant and for some reason I've been feeling very tired the last couple of days, even though I sleep through the night...To top it all off, today I started feeling nauseous as well, which very much reminds me of the first trimester...Has anyone had this, and if so, how long does it last???

Yep, 1st trimester woes come back in the 3rd, especially tiredness. I'm 36 weeks now, and still tired a lot, so I'm not sure they ever go away, until you have the baby. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Take it easy

yeah....I agree with Jenny. even though you may be sleeping thru the night, you may not be getting the deep sleep you're used to. not to mention, your body is just requiring more energy right now, to do the things it used to be able to do. as for the nausea, it may be from your stomach being restricted from the baby's growth. just try to eat smaller meals and see if it helps any.

I had this with my last pregnancy. Around 28 weeks I began having nausea around or after breakfast, just how it was in the first trimester. For me, it only lasted a week and then it went away again. Hope it doesn't last long for you!

I'm 32 weeks and I've been getting more tired, my body just can't do the things it used to with this huge belly dragging me down. I've found myself having a hard time stopping to rest during the day because I'm so used to getting certain things done everyday, but the only way to make yourself feel better is rest frequently and take naps. You have no choice but to slow down during this last lag of the journey. Don't worry it will be over soon!!

Add me to the list. I'm 32 weeks and the longest I've gone without getting sick is 2 weeks. Now I'm getting sick daily again and starting to feel nauseaus all day long. I got horribly sick during my shower on Sunday and when I came out of the bathroom everyone clapped. I was so embarrased that I wanted to die! Last night I got sick in the middle of the night. I never had that happen during my first trimester. Has anyone had that happen to them?

Wanted to add that I was getting extremely tired a few weeks ago. I could barely make it through the day. I had my blood tested and I was anemic even though I had been taking 325mg of Ferrous Sulfate (Iron) for the past several months. I'm now taking 325mg of iron 2x per day and it has helped tremendously.

I'm sooo tired too. I haven't really gotten nausea back yet, but I must say that it is really hard to find something good to eat these days as nothing sounds good anymore. I always say I can't wait to sleep through the night after the baby is born, then I think....duh I don't think I will be sleeping through the night for a while. Guess its just a way to prepare our bodies, huh? Ithink I could function on 2 hours of sleep these days!
