nettles helps boost iron levels right before delivery and red raspberry tones the uterus for a quicker labour.

Aaaah so that's what raspberry tea does, I did try it but found it quite a foul taste. So I have stopped drinking it. Now I know what it is used for I'm going to go back on it!

its veryyyy good for you. i was supposed to get on it in my first trimester but i have a history of m/c so i didn't. it makes you have more braxton hicks, some pain - but its all to make the labour shorter.

I started drinking raspberry leaf tea on tuesday and nothing has happened so far, and I am 37 weeks today.

I have been drinking it everyday, since about 32 weeks. At my 38 weeks check up my doctor said how good I was doing for a first time mom. I was 80% effaced and 2 cm dilated, at station -2. She said I probably won't have to be induced and the cramping that i've been feeling is my cervix thinning out ahead of time, which will make for a shorter delivery time. I definately recommend it!

I didnt know that you were supposed to keep drinking raspberry leaf tea i tried to induce myself last week, by drinking that tea, prim rose oil, castor oil, having s_x, nipple stimulation, and I walk for hours everyday since my husband is a security guard at the mall. Nothing has worked!!! but i wasnt aware that I was supposed to keep doing these procedures. (I am 39 weeks, dialated to 11/2 and 90%effaced)
