Hello ...Im 37 weeks on thursday ...and this is my first baby! i have to docs so this past monday i went to one of them and she told me that my OB will more then likely schedule me for a c sec because hes breeched and he weighs already 7 lbs and there is to much fluid for him to turn around..so this thursday i find out exactly whats going to happen by my OB! also the baby has a little bit of fluid in his kidneys but they said it wasnt uncommon..so i dont know if this will cause to c sec asap..? Also this being my first baby...will i lose the baby fat as i would have if i would have him va___ally? Anyone else in the same situation? Any info will help! i am so nervous! Thanks ladies! Good luck!

Hey Orie, My first was a c section because she was a footling breech. It all went well. I had a bit longer stay in the hospital then had I had her v____ally, but everything went just fine. And my second daughter, I was able to have her naturally. As for losing the baby fat, I think it really helps to b___stfeed because as you feed the baby, your uterus contracts, and it helps your tummy to go down. You'll still need to eat a well balanced meal, especially if your b___stfeeding, and even going out for walks, or yoga would help too. And being your first walking always helped me to clear my mind and give the baby some fresh air. Hope this helps (Tamara)
