Breech Baby And Hiccups

This sounds like a dumb question, but I'd like to hear from someone who knows about this. My son was breech two days ago during an ultrasound. While I'm only 29 weeks, I'm still concerned about him turning down. Would you assume that the baby is head down if you felt hiccups low? It seems like that would be the obvious assumption, but I don't know anything about this.

Yes that totally happens to me!! I feel the hiccups just above my pubic bone.

my baby is head down, and has been the whole time, and when she gets the hiccups i feel them fairly high. it just all depends on where the baby is resting.

My baby is breech and when he gets the hiccups, I feel them low. It has to do with his positioning. My poor guy is stuck, so I go for my c-section next week. I hope your little guy turns for you if he is breech!

OK, well I guess that shoots my theory out of the window!! He is soooo very active, and I feel him moving around so much, that I'm now more concerned about him getting wrapped up in the cord than I am him turning head down! Good luck, Gavinsmom, on your C-section. BTW, my best friend is having a little boy that she's naming Gavin.
