Is it normal to have bruising on your stomach in the last trimester of your pregnancy?

I don't think actual bruises are good, but I know my stretchmarks feel tender like bruises before they surface. Are you sure they aren't stretchmarks??

are they nearyour belly b___ton? i donthave any stretchmarks or line, but a small spot above my belly b___ton looks like a bruise. i found out it was just a vein. how many bruises do you have?

No it's a bruise not stretch marks. This is my second child not my first so I already know about stretch marks. The bruise is on the upper part of my stomach and I know I didn't bump myself or anything. I am not sure where the bruise came from......

They can feel like bruises. The stretch marks mark your skin a bit sore but that is just in my experience with it.

I have what looks like a bruise all aroung my belly b___ton. I thought it was going to turn into stretch marks, but has been like that for about 4 months. I think it is sort of like that brown line...only slightly purplish in color. Is it along the center of your belly?

It's more off to the side. Having those for 4 months you might want to ask your health care provider about it. I am not sure if that is normal or not.

My doc has seen my belly and thought nothing of it. I am not sore there. The pregnant body does weird things...

The bruse probably came from your baby when you were sleeping and he/she kicked hard and gave you a little bruise. It happens
