Has anyone had trouble catching their breath? It's been happening at work and at when I'm in bed for some reason.

Oh yes. I've been like this since I was at least 20 weeks. I think some of it is because my b___bs are alot bigger now and they are squishing my chest. Its bad after I eat alot to because my stomach is so high up and it fills up and my lungs have no place to go.

Well, my b___bs aren't the problem-they're still small! My stomach gets high up also though, maybe that's why. Guess I'll ask the dr when I go. Have a happy new year!

yes, sometimes I lose my breath just from talking excitedly. Guess the baby's taking up all the room for my lungs. I'm only 28 weeks, so I'm actually a little worried about how big she's going to get and how much harder its going to get to breathe! You aren't alone!

At the beginning of my third trimester, it was the same thing for me. I carried really high, and the baby was taking up the room meant for my lungs! She has started to drop now (I'm 37 weeks) and it is MUCH better. I know it sounds silly, but the best thing for it was exercise. That way, your body gets better at using the oxygen available to it.
