Hi..It is my first pregnany and I am 31 weeks pregnant. My bra size was 32 to 34 before pregnanyc and My br___ts were firmer and beautiful. Now they don`t even fit in 36 they must be 38 or 40 and when I look in the mirror i dont like them anymore. They look kind of flabby. (by the way I am leaking a transparent liquid (colostrum?) for the past 2 months or so which may add to the weight load on my br___t, also the dark circle around the nipples is larger and darker-before it used to be pinkish now brown) On top of all that, I am planning to br___tfeed my baby. I got so obsessed about this that I feel myself ugly and it makes me feel my husband won`t be attracted to me anymore. I was wondering if there is a special exercise to make br___ts regain the firmness or surgery is the only option. If so, what kind of surgery is required?

Sweetie, welcome to motherhood!!! I am 35 weeks preggo with my 3rd. Before I had children, my b___sts were perky, firm and very nice to look at, really. I was a 34 C. Now, when I am pregnant, they grow to around 34DD to DDD! Huge. I have b___stfed two children already, so they are a bit saggy. Not so pretty. With each pregnancy, your b___sts will swell and stretch a bit to a lot. Once your milk comes in, they will get even bigger, around a cup size depending on how much milk your body produces. There is nothing you can do but to always wear a bra for support. When I am done nursing, my b___sts shrink back down to about 34 C/D and look more "normal". So, take heart and know that your b___sts are made for your baby and your husband will love them just the same. Afterall, I am sure he didn't marry you just for how your b___sts look!
