anyone else experiencing constipation? are you taking anything for it?

I had severe constipation and so I added a bowl of raisen bran and 5 prunes a day. I have not been constipated since. Drink plenty of water too. Good luck I know it sucks!

Yes, I've suffered throughout. I drink a ton and eat a lot of fiber but it still wasn't enough. Doc had me buy he over the counter Colace stool softeners which he said was non-addicting and would not harm baby, so I have been taking those daily (except for the rare occasion when I don't need them). If your insuirance covers it (mine didn't), they make a prenatel vitamin witht hat same stool softener in it. I had a month sample of it from the doc and it was great.

try dried Apricots. They work if you don't have constipation, they probably work wonders for it!

Apple juice, prune juice, bran cereal, increase veggies, and drink LOTS of water!
