Well when I was pg with my 2nd I was given this advice by my mother in law, she claims it worked for her. And I've heard a lot of people say it works for them. So tried it...not fun. Bad cramps and sitting on toilet all night is not how I want to go into labor, for one thing your exhausted by the time the castor oil works its way out of your system. But yet I tried it twice. How it basically works is when your bowel movements get that violent then it stimulates your uterus to contract and therefore go into labor. Its a very contriversial method. I've read that castor oil is made from a poisones plant, but in this form it isn't dangerous. It just makes you have to go! Anyway thats all I know. Hope it helps.

I tried Castor oil with my first I have him that night but I drank 2 Tablespoons with OJ. It will only work if your body is ready to have the baby. If you are not thinned out don't waste your time drinking it. hope this helps good luck. I'll be drinking it in 2weeks
