Hey there everyone, i m very close to my due date but i guess i will go over couple weeks, as well as my doc thinks this too, i m just wondering ladies who are close to their due date how they are feeling at this week, i m feeling less babay movement it seems like baby is trying to move but lack of space it can't move much, i m wondering is someone else feeling the same as i m feeling now a dayz, i m suppose to see my doc on 1st of feb, i get nervous so quick, please help me about the baby's movement at the last stage of pregnanacy.

congrats on being so close. i am excited for you. i have read that during the last stage there is little space so you might not feel baby move as much. i wouldn't worry about it. if it's too much of a worry for you then i would call labor and delivery and let them know you haven't felt baby move in a while. and they'll walk you through it. i was told if that happens to eat and drink water and lay down on your left side (or any side i'm sure) and do a fetal kick count for an hour. and as long as you count 10 kicks within the hour, he's fine. if not then call L&D. hope this helps :)

I'm due today, and I definately don't feel any different than last week or the week before... just big, tired and achy as usual! I got checked yesterday and the baby is dropped but still too high, so no dilation/effacement, and no contractions. The baby has been quiet this week, with just little squirming movements rather than the big energetic kicks I used to get. I heard this is normal... there's not much room in there anymore!
