Is anyone taking these currently? What do you think about them?

They don't induce you --nothing really does-- but they help the process along & also make your labor & delivery that much more pleasant. Red raspberry leaf is excellent for a woman's reproductive system overall. My moon cycle tea's main ingredient is raspberry. Helps ease my moon cramps.

I drink raspberry leaf tea every day. I love tea anyway, so I definitely enjoy it. It's supposed to help you have stronger contractions, which lead to an easier and shorter labor. But it does NOT induce labor (as some think). I say go for it!

My Midwife told me to start taking Evening Primrose Oil at 36 weeks (next week) to help ripin my cervix incase they have to induce me. She also said that it does not help bring on labor. Just softens the cervix!

Thanks for the input. I am glad they don't induce but anything that helps you along is plus!
