This will be my second child! I will be 28wks tomorrow. With my first child when I went into labor I wasn't ready (then again my son was 3wks early.) I want to be ready this time. The only question that I have is.... When do I start packing my bag for the hospital? And what expactly do I need to pack? To me this is a silly question. You'd think I would know this but I don't. I want to be as ready as I can. Please help.

Somr people like to pack their own clothes,I for one like to wear hospital gowns during labour. The next day a nursing gown long one. I like to bring a b___stfeeding pillow with me. Some people bring there own pads I just use the hospital ones. I lke to bring a bottle of witch hazel for being sore in the v____a area from delivery. I put a few drops on each frozen pad the hospitals provides. I use witch hazel everytime I change my pad till I am no longer sore from delivery. Another product you can use is tucks it has healing ingredients like witch hazel in it already. Personal belonging lip balm,my own drinking water. tennis b___s in a sock for labour, lotion, shampoo, clothes to go home with, hair products, brush tooth paste and toothbrush .A couple of pads to leave the hospital with I would think along the lines of packing for 1 night away. It doesn't hurt to pack around the 36 week mark just in case. Hope this helps.
