Great Way To Reduce Heartburn

I keep reading about "oh the heartburn, oh the heartburn" Well --- 31 weeks into Pregnancy #4 and OH THE HEARTBURN lol --- Thought I'd share something I found out in pregnancy #1. OLIVES HELP !!!! I know, some of you are going "how gross!" but they really do help. Eat like 5 of them when you feel the heartburn coming on and it makes it go away ! Just thought I'd share and hope it helps :)

olives are soooo high in sodium and are 100% fat. they will spike your blood pressure and cause puffiness in the body in noooo time. to help heartburn - only drink liquids BETWEEN meals and never with a meal. don't lay down after eating - wait two hours - and dont eat within 2 hours of going to bed. i dont get heartburn anymore. also - avoid spicey foods, and foods like tomato.
