I had these a lot when I was in my first trimester. I hear that a lot of the symptoms you experience in the first trimester can rear their ugly head again towards the end. 3 days is a long time with a headache, I wouldn't think anything was wrong, but you may want to just let your doctor know to be safe. good luck

Have you taken any tylenol for it? Does it keep coming back? I am 39 weeks tomorrow and I have had the same problem...about 3 days now with a headache. I only take the tylenol when my headache is unbearable (I was like that even before I got pg). I don't think the headache is a sign of anything bad. If you can't take the pain of it anymore, then I would call the dr and let him/her know.

i have the same prob only with seeing spots and being dizzy...definately tell your doctor so he can check your blood pressure and protein in urine...

A headache that won't go away is a warning sign... call your doctor.

start drinking about a half gallon of water a day...i'm sure that will help

I agree with sye, headaches are often from lack of fluids. I had the same problem in my third trimester and as soon as I made my self drink that 8gla__ses a day I was fine
