Okay, there's a large list. For preventive measures, lots of fiber and water, fresh fruits and veggies. For relief use Tucks, Preparation H, and sitz baths, which are 4 inches or so of warm water (adding baking soda to it helps too). Sit in that for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, as many times a day as you like. If you have a Boppy pillow already sit on that around the house. Unfortunately most of us get them, and if you're prone to them now, just wait until labor! I swear I couldn't believe you could have so many at one time! But most of all, I wish you luck. Only 7 weeks left for you (or so) and you'll have a beautiful baby and agree that these awful little pregnancy things were well worth it. It's why a lot of us do it more than once :)

Kerryv, I've had them since around 31 wks, I am now 35 and still have them. They are annoying, but don't really bother me too much. I try everything from the baths to Anusol Cream and they go away until I use the bathroom again. I eat loads of fibre and multigrain and have not had a problem going lately, but now that they are here, they don't seem to want to leave!! I hope they go away after the baby is born! Good luck to you!
