Google "perineal ma__sage" and you should come up with a lot of information. I think they recommend it in the 2-4 weeks leading up to the birth, and also during labor (some doctors will do it while you're in labor.) It's supposed to help reduce/eliminate tearing. My hypnobirth book has section on it... (by the way, hypnobirthing relaxation techniques are also supposed to reduce tearing because the idea is that you aren't tensing up against the pain but relaxing your body as much as possible.)

Wash your hands and get some ky gel for lub...then take your thumb and four fingers and litterly stretch out the outside layers of skins of the opening of the v____a...it should burn a little bit...do this a couple of times a day...

so basically stretch my v____a open as far as I can before it starts to burn?

Kinda, but don't cause yourself pain! It should just burn a bit..stretch it down towards your a__s....(your lower perneal area) thats where your likely to tear or be cut anyway..i would concentrate on that area...
