I AM IN WEEK 36 OF MY PREGNNACY AND I HAVE HAD A ROUGH TIME FROM THE START OF IT. I HAVE SPD AND ITS NOW 10X WORSE THEN EVER AFTER I HAD A FALL FROM THE TOP OF MY STAIRS STRAIGHT TO THE BOTTOM. I WENT TO MATERNITY HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED OUT AND BABY WAS FINE I AM JUST BADLY BRUISED AND EXPERANCING LOADS OF PAIN AND I CAN BARELY MOVE. NOW THEY TELL ME MY BABY IS BREECH AFTER IT HAS BEEN HEAD DOWN THROUGHOUT MY PREGNANCY. I JUST WANT IT OUT NOW I AM IN AGAONY. MY NEXT APPOINTMENT IS WHEN IM 37 WEEKS, DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TELL MY MIDWIFE MY FEELINGS AND HOW HAVING THIS BABY INSIDE ME IS NOT ONLY GIVING ME MAJOR PAIN AND IM IN AGAONY I CAN BARELY MOVE AND I AM SOOO TIRED WITH NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET TO SLEEP.

That sucks falling from the stairs. That had to be rough. I'm glad your baby is doing OK. It can be misery in your last month. I am 36 weeks too and eager to get it over with too. There's nothing you can do. Unfortunately, it is illegal (federal law) to induce labour before 38 weeks so you must hang in there until at least then. Take care and good luck.

I am 38 weeks and totally know how you are feeling. I too fell on the pavement recently know how difficult it is to have the additional soreness. I would definately tell your doctor how you are feeling. It couldn't hurt.

Oh poor poor you!! I'm at 36 weeks too. been having trouble with my pregnancy too. So far, I fell twice both within a week of each other. 1st time was ok. 2nd time i was rushed to hospital cos i pa__sed out, then woke up hyperventilating with painful contractions. Thank god baby's fine.. Only me.. Left feeling achy for days and having to deal with a sc___ped knee and hands, and bruises to my belly and elbow. I must be the most cranky pregnant woman after that. evrything seem to hurt so much that after a while i'm not sure if it's from the fall or pressure from my increased weight.. on my last visit, my doc stopped my ventolin which i take to stop my contractions( been on them since my 6th month to stop my preterm labour). After which, I wake up a few times EVERY night to contractions that also seem to be accompanied with bad lower back ache.. my next visit is in 2 days. I really need to talk about this to my doc.. Feel really miserable.
