I'm 37 weeks and 3 days with my first pregnancy now , I went to the doctor today and the baby's head doesn't seem to be engaged yet( not head down). This worried me a lot..so please let me know is caesar is really necessary for my baby and no chances for va___al birth at all Thanks! ↓

I would suggest you speak with your doctor about this. I know most doctors don't like to do a v____al birth if the baby isn't head down. There's a lot of risks with delivering v____ally if the baby is breech. My daughter was breech (b___t first actually) and I had to have a c-section, it's not painful until after you have the baby and then its more of a discomfort issue. You really should talk with your doctor to see if he/she is willing to do a v____al birth. Good luck and congrats on your baby!

But can't the baby still turn up until the end? I'm 31 weeks and I'm already starting to get a lil concerned cause I don't think my lil guy has been head down at any point. Right now I think he's laying sideways with his feet on my left side and his head on my right cause I feel all of his kicks on my far left. Anyways, I know I still have 9 weeks so I'm hoping he's ready when the time comes.
