Hello ladies! I remember when I was pregnant and everyone told me to take preemie clothes to the hospital, the baby won't even fit in newborn clothes. I remember thinkign there is no way I'm going out to buy preemie clothes. Well I ended up getting some at my baby shower so I kept those BUT. I just had my baby one month ago, and she's just now fitting into the newborn outfit we had got her to go home in , and it's actually still a little big. She was 7 lb 5 oz, and 19.5 inches so it's not like she was small. I think it all depends on brands and stuff b/c she's in 0-3 months for the rest of her clothing but I would say you might take some tiny stuff to the hospital and if you don't need it you can take it back. Also, me and my husband both have small feet and she looks like big foot! Her newborn shoes barely slipped on her feet, which didn't matter b/c we only bought them to match the outfit that ended up swallowing her. Good luck in your last stretch!

Good idea... and I'd also suggest some 3-6 just on case, too, if you are measuring big. My youngest was 10 lbs. 6 oz. and 22 3/4" and was too long for his clothes LOL ;-)

Thanks Gena! That's something I'd actually been wondering about.
