Leakage

I am 31 weeks along and I wear a panty liner regulary due to the fact that I feel like I am leaking urine at times. I don't think it is discharge because it is not whitish or thick. Does anyone else have this problem. Sometimes I could use to liners a day.

Although I do not share this experience, I do know it is completely normal. The weight of the baby pushing on your bladder can cause a certain amount of "leakage", especially if you have a weak bladder to begin with. I have found in the past that kegel exercises help out a lot. Other than that, continue wearing your panty liners!

Me too. I have to wear a liner so that incase I laugh or sneeze during the day, I won't p__s my pants. It's kinda embarra__sing.... well actually..... it's very embarra__sing!!!! I do it even if I just went pee. The doctor told me to do Kegal excersises to strengthen the muscles down there. It has gotten better but the pressure of the baby still makes me leak.

I think I am starting to have the same problem. I never feel like I am leaking, but my panties are wet a little bit, so I need to start wearing liners. It doesn't smell like urine though... do you think it could be my amniotic fluid? I am 33 weeks.

I don't wear panties without a panty-liner during pregnancy...there is too much leukkorhea and the best way for me to feel clean is to feel dry...
