I am now 28 weeks along and the leg cramps are really starting to hurt. I would get them every couple of nights but they were not bad at all a little streatch and I was fine. This morning I woke up and could barely move my leg cause it hurt so much. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas how to prevent leg cramps?

I had one and vowed it would be my last - My docot'r sheet says to eat a banana a day and take Oscal-500 (A calcium tablet). I did that after I had one and haven't had one since.

eating a banana a day and drinking lots and lots of water works for me.

Like the other girls, I found that eating more banana's and drinking more water helps alot!

Extra calcium and pota__sium should help

TUMS!!! I know it sounds crazy, but tums will help the Restless Legs and cramping.... Get eh extra calcium ones, and chew them up quickly and swallow so the tummy disolves them.
