My Baby Never Stops Moving

I'm pregnant with my 6th baby but we do not know what it is. I have four boys and a girl and do NOT remeber any of them moving so much! It seems this kid NEVER sits still-and sometimes it REALLY hurts! All the people I've talked to say their daughter was the same way but I was wondering if anyone else out there has had the same situation---did you have a boy or a girl?

I am having a boy and he moves constantly. I even asked my doctor because I think he should be sleeping more than he does. I think it just depends on the baby, it is a little person in there and each one is unique.

I am 31 weeks also having a boy and he is a mover and a shaker... Literally bouncing off the womb walls! For the most part I love it, but his favorite active time is when I want to sleep! Good luck to you!

My first was a girl that moved, but ot nearly as much as this one - also a girl! I guess it just depends!

I also have a mover. I am currently 32 weeks with my first and it is a boy. I had a doctors appointment today and they gave me a paper and told me to count fetal kick movements and I should feel at least 10 within and hour I said well i know he moves more than that and I don't even have to worry about it. For the most part I don't mind unless he gets up under my ribs or if I am trying to sleep. I just look at it this way...it is better that he moves all the time to let me know he is okay than to not move at all!!!!

I am having a boy and mine doesn't move very much at all. He moves a lot at night and only a little during the day.

Mine too! I am having a boy due 11/26, and he moves CONSTANTLY! All day and all night and everything in between. If he's not rolling around or pushing he has the hiccups (like now)! I agree that it can be very painful, but I would rather have him moving constantly than not at all!
