Anybody hear of drinking nettle tea after 32 weeks? I hear it's suppossed to prepare your uterus for contractions. Also, did anybody hear of an epi-no clinic? (A device to help eliminate episiotomies and tearing.)

traditional medicine makes a really good pregnancy tea. It has nettle and red rasberry leaf in it. It's pretty tasty too. It is sapposed to tone your uterus. i'm 39 weeks and have been drinking half a pitcher a day for the last week hoping it might kick start something!!! not really working though. give it a try... good luck with everything!

Why would drinking nettle tea be a problem? I've seen its use reccomended elsewhere.
