Ok so how worried to we have to be if we have the whole sneezing, coughing, sore throat kinda cold, I don't think its the flu...but maybe? Better not be, damnit, I just got the stupid swab way up your nose flu test a week ago and it was negative. So not a big deal or have checked out anyways?

If you do not have a fever then it is not the flu. I had the whole sore throat, stuffy nose coughing thing when I was 9 months pregnant..unfortunately you pretty much have to suffer because there isn't much you can take for it. Get lots of rest & drink lots of fluids & O.J. For many people this is turning into pneumonia - my stepson has it & was in the hospital for 2 days - he let himself get dehydrated ( or rather his mother let him get dehydrated). So take care of yourself.

I'm just coming down with congestion and sneezing and a sore throat. My doc said regular strength sudafed is fine to take. Just call and ask your doc. You need to get it before it gets bad

I have one and take the sudafed (little red pills) for congestion- but was also told you can take Tylenol cold- by my obgyn

just a little fyi...i work emercency medican and most people that think they have the flu do not. nothing to worry about. only about 20-30% of the population get the flu for real in the winter time and the rest of us get a really really nasty cold that can only be treated by resting and drinking lots a juice and stuff. so i say we are no different then the rest of the group out there just get ready to wash your hands alot, if you have other buggers at home.....lol
