Normal Weight For Baby At 36 Weeks

I had my ultrasound yesterday, and it was determined that my little man is measuring 34.5 weeks, when I am 36 weeks. He has measured correct for date up until now. His estimated weight is about 5 and a half pounds. Has anyone else had a similar experience, if so what was your babys birth weight at term?

I have always measured 2 cm behind but ultrasound showed baby was at a normal healthy weight. Sometimes it depends on which way the baby is positioned or it may not mean anything at all. My doctor said my baby is just gonna be smaller that's all... no 9 or 10 pounds.

I was measuring correct for a long time when pregnant with my daughter. Suddenly at 36 weeks (I had switched doctors moved to a different state) I started measuring off from my previous appointment. They did an U/S They estimated my baby at 5 lbs 10 oz and I had her before my next U/S and she was born at 39 weeks (u/s was at 37-38 weeks I can't remember) and she weighed 5 lbs 12 oz.

I have it the other way around. I"m 34 weeks and my belly is measuring 36 weeks.
