Nosebleeds Anyone

I have had a few nosebleeds these past few weeks. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and never really had one before this. I had a terrible nosebleed tonight, it wouldn't stop. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this?

Hi Dani, I havent really had nose any bad nose bleeds, just some minor ones, but when I b__w my nose its always bloody. Especially in the morning.. Its actually quite gross... My doc told me that it has something to do with the increased blood supply you have from being pregnant puts pressure on your nose's tiny veins and they tend to dry out more especially in winter.. He also said its perfectly normal. Good luck!!

I am 32 weeks and have regular nosebleeds. From everything I've read it is perfectly normal and is indeed caused by excess blood pumping thru your nose's tiny little blood vessles.

My husband is making me a glider chair, and I sat around in the garage and read while he cut out pieces and stuff. BAD IDEA! All of the sawdust gave me a major sinus infection, which in turn gave me terrible nosebleeds!!! The air is so dry, I keep a pan of water simmering on the stove for relief . . . . . I think hubby is going to get me a humidifier to sleep with soon!! :)

I have had a few too. There was a time when I had one everyday for about a week. My doc says it is because of all the extra blood we are pumping and it could be from the dry weather too. I would love to invest in a humidifier!!
