Anybody share this due date with me?? I'm getting pretty anxious, I'm just about 34 weeks pregnant and feeling really good. I'm afraid it's all just going to hit me like a ton of bricks and shock me a bit as I haven't had any complaints of pain, fatigue, nothing. Just getting very emotional which I know is normal, and want to clean every inch of everything!! Oh, and terrible heartburn in my esophogas!!! My concerns for labor are a last minute c-section if the baby can't fit through...I plan to go as natural as I can, no epidural for sure, maybe some Demirol or something to take the edge off. Yikes!

Hi! I'm due on November 10th. No major complaints here, just the hormonal stuff. My emotions seem to be getting a little out of control lately and I have no patience for anything! I can not wait for my baby to come. The anticipation is just.... Oh, I can't wait. :)

Almost forgot. I'm going pretty natural, too. I'm having a homebirth. I couldn't have drugs if I wanted them!

Good morning!!! I am due November 15th, so pretty close. I am so excited as well, but unlike you, I am miserable. You are very lucky. This will be my second child. I too have very bad heart burn, but I was told that's to be expected toward the end of pregnancy. Good luck with everything. Is it a girl or boy?

Hi Josie, yes I too am a little emotional out of control and ESPECIALLY notice my lack of patience. It's terrible, but if that's the worst of our complaints!! Why no drugs if you wanted them? I'm definately using a hospital...I think for me, no drugs means no epidural. Best of luck with the home birth!

Hi Nicole, So close! I'm having a boy...Justin Alexander. You?? Why are you miserable? What are you feeling?

nicole12 - September 25

alirenee, I too am having a a boy, this will make number two, Kolton Mathew. I am just ready to have this baby. My first baby I was early and didn't really have any complaints with him except the scare knowing that he would be early, but with this one, I was very sick for about the first five months and now have extremely bad heart burn. I have a pinched nerve that is giving me horrible head aches, and I get this bad pain down low at night when I try to roll over in bed, which I've had since July. I am also a lot bigger with this pregnancy, I am measuring five weeks ahead. Sorry to complain, I know that it is all worth it in the end.

No worries Nicole! Sorry you're not feeling so well but all will be fine. At least you've been through this before! I think at the last ultra-sound at 20 weeks they said the due date look off (earlier?) by 6 days. I think today's doctor's appointment is an internal exam...was someone I know being very dramatic when they say an internal exam is WORSE than labor? She just said it's terrible and had a pretty easy birth.

nicole12 - September 25

I had an internal ultra sound once a week with my first baby to check the thickness of my cervix because of complications, so in my opinion labor was a lot worse, I'm not sure how some one can say that the exam was worse. Is this your first?

January - September 25

Your due date is exactly 2wks ahead of me to the day.. so wouldn't that make you 33wks? Why would they start internal exams this week? Seems a bit premature to me. You still have 7wks to go.

claire83 - September 25

im due on the 12th november i have six weeks and 6 days left they do not do internals here til when your due

Mrs.Steve - September 25

I'm 34weeks, 1 day, due Nov 5. I'm very uncomfortable and feel like I'm not going to make it. But wow, in just 3 weeks, my lo will be full term. I guess time is going by pretty quickly.

alirenee86 - September 25

Nicole, it wasn't an internal ultra sound they were talking about but an internal exam. I guess where the dr. has his/her whole hand up there to feel the head and positioning etc. This is my first. The next dr appointment is an ultra-sound to see the position of the baby, then the internal exam...

January...yes, to be exact, this Thursday I'll be 33.5 weeks so I jumped the gun a bit now that I look at the calendar. Sorry. And I thought they told me when I scheduled the last appt that today would be an internal but it was NOT the case. Just a quick check up really, the next one being a routine ultrasound to check the position.

alirenee86 - September 25

Sorry everyone!! Yes, internals are done nearer the end. My mistake...I've never been through this and heard the internal exam is terrible so I asked about it....

Mommyoflittlegirl - September 25

My due date is Nov 10th. my internal exams are sooooo painful. They check the cervix every week for premature labor, and I am sooooo tired of them :(

Mariefe - September 26

Hello airenee86, my due date is on 10th Nov so we are very close! Its my first baby. So far my pregnancy is doing well eventhough i feel so much kicks and movement right now, a little pain is not bad when she kicks/pushes my ribs. I am a little bit afraid of giving birth. I want to go natural birth as possible as i can (my mom and MIL did naturally to all their kids!)but if there are complications i dont mind c-section. I just dont want to be cut! Since i was worried about hospital stay and what to pack, my husband and i decided to go for a hospital tour last week. I had a look at the operating room in which i will surely give birth, the maternity rooms to stay after birth and the nursery (i saw a lot of cute new borns there who are ready to go home!. We were oriented of what to bring, why some babies need to be put in incubator, how many days i am suppose to stay in the hospital, fees etc etc.. After all i feel more comfortable and ready now without so much worries. I dont need to pack so many as most things get provided by the hospital. All i have to do now is to prepare our house for our new born.. All the washing, cleaning and decorating help my body to sweat a little and excersise.. I just dont overdo it. Well, we stil have a little more than a month for preparation, lets do things little by little and dont get so stressed out... Lets hope everything goes well for us.. Good luck for your preparations..
