Numbness In Hands

I am 29 weeks and am suffering from extreme numbness in my hands when i sleep at night. I sleep on my side. I usually have to switch sides about every hour because my hips hurt but also my hands go numb. Is this because of lack of blood flow while lying down?

midwife says its carpel tunnel syndrome where your joints swell and restrict the nerves, ive got it too! they gave me wrist supports but they are uncomfy, guess we just have to live with it

I get it too when I sleep- It's annoying but there's not much we can do- just so you know you are not alone :)
