For the past three days I've been having a sharp pain in one of my lower ribs...uhhhh! Anyone else dealt with rib bruising? I thought before whenever I read about this "how could a little teeny baby bruise a rib?" OMG - I think this is what she's done though! I have to be careful twisting and lifting stuff, and sometimes I get taken back if I need a deep breath...ohh lordy...2 weeks to go...I HOPE!!! :)

My first child was a rib kicker. As i was pushing her out she locked her foot in my rib and hung on . it was soooo painful i had to try and push her foot out. she was also my longest baby. she had to put her feet somewhere.

My baby has her head lodged up under my ribs and its driving me crazy because its like a big bulge on my right side. This also gives her great access to kicking my cervix and bladder!!!!

I definetely know how you feel. The way I'm guessing right now, the baby has her little b___t up in the right side of my ribs, and her feet curled up there, that's where I feel 90% of the movement, so for a long time the right side of my rib cage was sore. However, out of NOWHERE about a week ago, I twisted my body and I had TERRIBLE shooting pain in my left lower ribs. It's still really sore, and I can't figure out how she's causing it!! It feels like my rib is sticking out a little on that side too, so I'm guessing it's bruised and maybe she's pushing against it or something. Ouch!

I had a pulled muscle for a couple of weeks and it really hurt to breathe. Hope all is going well now. Good luck!

I'm only 31 weeks so I am not worried about her turning yet.
