Posterior Pelvic Pain

Hi guys, I am 32 weeks, and I' ve started to get pain on the right side deep in my buttocks. It comes on while walking, running around, not at rest, or rolling over in bed. Has anyone any advice how to make it less intense? I know it is caused by hormones, and there is not much to do about it,but has anyone tried some special exercise or treatment which might help? Thanks.

Does the pain radiate down your b___t and to your leg? If so it sounds like sciatica and there really isn't much you can do. The baby could be laying on a nerve and it will get better after you give birth.

No..it is not sciatica, it is just simply posterior pelvic pain caused by outstreched ligaments. I feel no shooting, nor tingling, numbness or any strange feelings below my b___tocks.
