Posterior Position

Did anyone have problems with their baby facing the wrong way? I'm two days away from being 37 weeks pregnant. I think my baby is posterior. Is there an effective way of getting the baby turned? I think she dropped yesterday because I feel pressure on my pelvis. I'm worried that I won't be able to get her to turn before labor.

Hello. Well with my first baby she ended up being posterior and i'm sorry to say, but i had an extremely painful labor (even though i got an epidural) They say that when the baby is facing that way all of its weight goes down on your spine so you expierience all of the pain in your back. I seriously thought my back was going to break in half! I am 36 weeks now and at my ultrasound the baby was head down but facing my side, so HOPEFULLY he will turn and be a nice little boy for mommy lol :) but good luck to you !!
