I know this has been brought up, but wanted to ask... Lately at night I get really bad menstrual cramps that are timable, but go away in a couple of hours... Plus every morning I feel SO much pressure down below and it wraps around in my lower back... Is this preparing me for the next coming weeks? Have all of you gone through this as well.

skylite I feel that some nights. Usually once I have a chance to relax then they come. I think the pressure in the morning is due to us being on our back/sides all night and then the gravity of when we get up gives us some pressure? I'm not sure but that's my guess! Some mornings I find it worse than others, and sometimes i am limping around for a while before I can actually walk like normal!

I get the same thing. Not just at night either, but any time of day. I have read that the cramps and pressure could be a form of BH contractions. Of course let your doctor know, but I think it's normal (for some women). I have an appt. on Monday, so I am going to talk to my Dr about it then. They always tell me everything I mention is normal though, so sometimes I wonder if I can really trust them!!

Thanks girls... Thats how I feel, but I have come to find out that the baby is just about breech, not all the way, so I am hoping she is going to turn here shortly.. The doctor always says everything is normal which drives me nuts...lol
