Sleep Problem

Anyone else have a sleeping problem. Since I found out that I was pregnant I can't seem to have a restful sleep, and on top of it I started sleep groaning too. I have NEVER had that before. Its rather embarassing, and my hubby sometimes has to sleep on the couch becasue its so loud.. Anyone else having this problem? I sure hope it goes away after I have the baby. 2 hours after I wake up I am ready for a snoozze. Doc says there is nothing that she can do except have the baby, but will that make it go away do you think? Please let me know what you think.

I don't think anyone really gets a restful sleep when they are pregnant. I get up 2 - 3 times a night to go to the bathroom and then I have a hard time getting back to sleep. Plus, I am uncomfortable sleeping on my side and constantly wake up to turn over and reposition pillows. I don't think you should count on it getting better after you have the baby, because you will be up every few hours to feed the baby. My only advice would be to sleep when the baby is sleeping and try to just get as many hours as you can, even though they won't be consecutive. Good luck.
