Sleep Unheard Of

Is anyone else having so much trouble falling asleep and staying that way? I am always soooo fatigued during the day, and so uncomfoortable. I just want some sleep, and it scares me I'll get none before she is born, and then I'll have that full time job. Any suggestions for falling asleep that don't involve tranquilizers and drugs? :( I've tried pillows between the legs, under the tummy, even tried using my poor man, but he hurt his leg so I can't do that anymore. I've tried tea before sleeping, sleeping propped up, nothing works!

The thing that worked best for me in my 3rd tri was having my dh give me a relaxing back-rub and playing with my hair as I fell to sleep. It really relaxed me and helped a lot. That's all I've got! I know, it is terribly hard to be comfortable and get a good night's sleep while you're so pregnant--Good luck!

I have been the exact same way the last week... I will be 35 wks tomorrow, and its driving me insane... The thing I noticed that helps me is making a gla__s of hot chocolate (w/milk) and having the fan full blast so you get nice and warm while lying in bed in the dark... I think I get to bed EVERY night at 10 the earliest and it drives me nuts... I would love to hear what others have to say! :)

I follow a nightly routine... I sit and cuddle with hubby to watch tv...then take a warm bath...then relax for about 30 minutes and head to bed I listen to my hubbys breathing (since he falls asleep in like 5 minutes) and let my mind wander and usually in 20 minutes or so I'm asleep...(i am using the pillow fort though lol) gl try a nighlty routine something to relax u... like a bath or a back rub :)
