I really wanted a Petunia Pickle Bottom Bag, but I just cant afford it. I was looking on ebay and found these great diaper bags. Same chinese type material as the PPB bags but they are around $30 including shipping. They come with a matching change pad. Sure, they are a bit smaller and do not have the attached zip up change pad, but the ones in stores here (i am in Canada) are $250. A great deal. I ordered it yesterday and it should be here later this week. I will post back to let you know how it looks.

Can you post a link to the faux bags? I would also like one. Thanks:) It sounds far more reasonable than $250.

Its not really a fake PPB. Its just a diaper bag that looks similar. Go to www.ebay.com and type in diaper bags. Or you can go right to the spot where all the neat bags i found are: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsa__sZcherietales There are a bunch of different colours. Like I said, I will post back once mine comes in to let everyone know how they look. You can bid on them, but I just chose the "BuyNow" option, because the price was great. She ships to Canada and the US.

They are adorable but I wonder how durable they are. Did you order the diaper bag and if so which one? I am curious about cleaning them? Thanks!

Melissa- I was looking around that website and boy do they have some great looking products. I love those baby blankets. I'll make sure my hubby thanks you when he gets the credit card statement. haha! Thanks!

I ordered the lavendar satin brocade diaper bag with the matching change pad. It says on the site that they are machine washable in cold water, but not to put them in the dryer. I cant wait for it to come in. As I said, once I get it, I will post back to let you guys know how it looks. The way I see it, even if it is not quite as durable as the PPB, I can buy 8 of these and it would still be cheaper!

So, i got my bag in the mail on Friday. Really quick delivery considering I only ordered it on Monday. It is really beautiful. Nice thick shoulder strap with a pocket for cell phone. Gorgeous fabric. It looked kind of small all folded up, but once I packed some stuff inside of it, it really did hold a lot. To be very very honest, the change pad is a total joke. It is 2 pieces of fabric sewn together (same fabric that bag is made of) and is about the size of a piece of paper. so, i will not be using it as a change pad, i am going to sew up the 2 sides and make a little make up bag out of it. There were also 2 little loose strings on the outside of the bag that I had to cut off. Overall, the bag is wonderful and really pretty. It is big enough to hold the stuff you would need for a day out. And, you can not beat the price. I would recommend them to anyone interested. ( Just remember that you will need to get a separate change pad )

I just got mine over the weekend. I got the Spring Roll boxy backpack and it is really really cute!! They say dry clean only and use a gentle washcloth for spots. I have a friend who has had hers for over a year now and she says it's been great, very durable. The material is so pretty and chic!! I love it!
