i'm due in 9 days with my first child, i'm so excited though, i keel being told i will go at least a week over as thats wha happens with 1st time mummies. Was anyone early (without being induced), or are the rumours true?

I don't know if this will help but my water broke at 36 weeks. It's really when your little one is ready to come out. Good Luck

I was a week early. Contractions started around 9pm and baby was born at 6am. The day before I was 0cm, 0% effaced. so it can happen.

he i had an 8pound 3 ounce premee lol just kidding i only had her 2 days before my due date lol

I went into labor exactly one week early. My baby was due today, but I had her on the 26th.

My coworker was 9 days early - first pregnancy too :)

I had my first baby one day before her due date. The Doc was already talking about induction @ the appt just prior. Mabye he scared the baby out who knows :)

I had my first baby, I had severe contractions, went to the hopsital and I was only 1cm they were going to send me home and then my water broke and they kept me and I delivered 14 hrs later. So yes it can happen
