Not just any moisturizer will do, you need something with aloe and vitamin E to help. But nothing will get rid of it entirely. If you want to go pricey, some companies have a stomach oil that you can ma__sage into your body to help. If you are prone to drier skin like me, shower every other day as opposed to every day, especially if you live in a cold or dry climate. Oh, and drink lot's of water and other liquids to keep your skin hydrated and elastic. Hope this helps.

My doctor told me if the itching got terrible, take a Benedryl. I hate taking anything at all, but if I get any itchier. . . just thinking about it makes me itchy!

A little hydrocortisone will help any really bad itch, but should be used only when the skin is red and/or broken. Use sparingly. I've used it through both pregnancies since we live in a cold climate.
